Customer satisfaction is something we take seriously. Please let us know of any problems so we can work to make it right as soon as possible.

Are QA Results kept confidential?

By default, everything is kept private and confidential. After you have received the results of the QA analysis, you can choose to have any of the results made public. You may later request to have them made private again.

What is your cancellation policy?

We consider all orders final. However mistakes happen and if you need to cancel an order please lets us know immediately before work is performed.
